We heard the news only recently and Taryn and I have so much emotion at the moment. From the first time we met you, it felt as though a void in our hearts had been filled. We both have your beautiful blue eyes which is a constant reminder of you. We both love you very much and had hoped to visit you again, but you were taken away from us so suddenly. We are heart broken that we could spend your last days with you and but we know that we will see you again. My mom always talks about the sailor songs you used to sign to her in your wonderful british accent. You will always be our Dad and we are grateful to have met you. You will always be in our hearts.
We love you. Rest in Peace Dad.

A very big thank you
We would like to say thank you, to all who made it for david's funeral and the wake afterwards, at the kings head, kingswood. A very big thank you for all the donations, which will be given to the macmillan nurses at frenchay hospital in davids memory, thank you once again, god bless you all.
David would would have been very proud. Sarah thank you for the lovely spread.

Rest in peace, no more suffering. Too see you pass away was very difficult, the memories will live with us forever. You were a dearly loved uncle, and brother to Pat, Ivor, and Gloria. funeral service, 25/02/08 westerleigh cremeterium, 1pm all welcome, to kings head public house, kingswood, to celebrate David's life.
